The cost is only $12 for the first can and $6 for each additional can. Cleaning of any indoor cans is available for an additional $5 each.

Straight run vents are installed on the side of the house, including a complimentary dryer and dryer vent inspection. These vents are designed without any upward runs.

$95 Dryer Vent Cleaning
Vents running out the side of the house with an upward trajectory are included in this service, which offers a complimentary dryer and dryer vent inspection.

$110 Dryer Vent Cleaning
Dryer exhaust can be routed through the roof or under the slab. This service includes complimentary inspections of both the dryer and the dryer vent.

$40 Dryer Cleaning
We offer a complimentary opening and inspection of your dryer for lint accumulation. If necessary, we can also clean the interior of your dryer.

The Main Risks Of Poor Dryer Vent Maintenance
Fire Hazard
The lint that builds up inside your dryer duct over time causes your dryer to over heat during each cycle. This heat can begin to intensify if the blockage is not removed and can eventually cause your dryer to start a fire. According to the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) between the years of 2010-2014 there were an average of 15,970 home fires, each year, caused by clogged dryer vents in the U.S. alone.

It is estimated that about 75 percent of the lint from your clothes bypasses your lint trap and accumulates inside your dryer duct. This restricts airflow, decreases the efficiency of your dryer and increases the time it takes to dry your clothes.
